All content displayed on this website—including but not limited to editorial texts, digital simulations, clinical schemas, logos, color combinations, source code, explanatory videos, and architectural software frameworks—constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of North Pacific Clinic or its authorized licensors. Any reproduction, copying, distribution, public communication, or total or partial transformation of these materials without the express written consent of the clinic's management is strictly prohibited.

3. Limitation of Clinical and Technical Liability

In strict compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Costa Rica, our practice and technical support inform users that the clinic assumes no civil or legal liability for:

• Damages, losses, or erroneous self-diagnoses resulting from an incorrect, partial, or subjective interpretation of the scientific information presented on our health blog.
• Temporary interruptions of the web service caused by preventive technical maintenance, critical server updates, or force majeure events beyond our control.
• The accuracy, privacy policies, or external content hosted on third-party links that may appear referentially within our platform.

4. Reservation, Cancellation, and Credit Card Refund Policy

Because we allocate exclusive clinical blocks, specialized biocompatible materials, and dedicated multidisciplinary medical personnel for your international treatments, all bookings are bound by the following protocols:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your scheduled clinical appointment are eligible for a 100% refund of your initial diagnostic deposit.
• Cancellations or significant schedule modifications requested between 7 and 13 days before your date will incur a 15% logistical retainer fee to cover pre-ordered biomedical supplies.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of your window are non-refundable; however, the balance can be completely credited toward a rescheduled treatment window within the next 12 months.
• Merchant & Credit Card Network Processing Notice: Please note that while North Pacific Clinic executes authorized refund reversals immediately upon clinical confirmation, international merchant gateways and cross-border credit card networks can impose external delays. Depending on your home country banking institution, funds may take between 7 to 15 business days to officially settle and reflect on your statement due to international clearing protocols.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For the resolution of any controversy, litigation, interpretation, or legal claim arising from the use, scope, or execution of this website and its related services, both parties irrevocably submit to the internal laws in force within the Republic of Costa Rica, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, and designating the competent courts of the national territory as the exclusive venue.
